Born out of an interest in nurturing the professional and personal growth of my employees at a progressive preschool in Washington, DC, I began sending emails each Monday morning to all of the school’s staff and faculty. My hope was that the emails would arrive early in their mailboxes as they groggily and maybe even grumpily said good-bye to their weekends and prepared for the busy work week ahead of them.
Since 2007, I have shared inspirational thoughts, motivational words, quotes, and artwork on which to reflect, ponder, and most importantly launch from into a space of personal empowerment with the ultimate goal of achieving better balance and well-being in all aspects of life.
