Be in awe. Let your jaw drop, your breath leap, your heart skip a beat, and your mind scamper…feel the joy of discovery, of being part of something bigger, of not having all the answers, and knowing that’s OK. In fact, it’s actually awesome.
Sometimes the world outside seems so bleak, so grey, so dim…without hope.
Then I dig down inside to find my deepest self, alive and blooming.
There, I find peace and promise flowering.
And the world seem a little less grey.
When the care is genuine, unconditional and free,
the eyes portray that authenticity.
When you truly love what you do and where you are,
the heart shines, the air softens, the eyes smile.
When you look into smiling eyes,
there you find hope, joy, inspiration.
Awaiting the first snowflake.
Watching the bobber at the end of the fishing line.
Waiting to become something else.
Anticipation can be joyous or anxious.
Anxious anticipation is worry.
Joyful anticipation is patience.
Smile…and wait with joy.
