In the valley…

It all depends on the filter you apply.
Whether perceived as negative or positive, when aligned with intention, all things meet in the middle, the filter dissolves, and in the valley of the heart, where labels and values are neutralized by the Self, the real work of joyfully being can begin.
Dance
Dance like sunlight on the grass…paint an ever-changing pattern that stirs delight and marvel…and cast your shadow without bending a single blade of grass.
Adventurous
I never thought of myself as adventurous…but then again when joy and goodness are in the driver’s seat, anything can happen…if you just let it. Put the peddle to the metal.
Re-Do
Re-think…Re-see…Re-feel…the world around you.
Nothing is locked into its purpose, function, or place in your life.
Sparkle
Carefully pack and load the fuel of your inner self. Confidently launch it wide and free.
Let the essence of you sparkle like fireworks. Hear the oooos and ahhhhs.
Happiness
The art of happiness is to serve…not just those you choose to serve…not just at times that are convenient to serve…not just from the excess reserves…but to serve…all.

The Edge
Sometime you have to leap from the edge of the familiar to allow your true self to shine.
All That I See
How quick I am to judge, to impose my needs and perspective on others.
I see what I label as short-comings, inadequacies, and things I want to change in them.
Oh, life is such a magnificent mirror.
When I look to change others, I am seeing in that mirror all that I wish to change in me.
But I forget that what I see is simply a reflection.
Perhaps instead of looking at what needs to change, I can see all the beauty that lies within them and in me, all the gifts, all the talents, all the goodness, just as they are.
If all I see in that mirror is the goodness, then that is all that there will be.
