Contrast arises in our experiences as a guide. Like bread crumbs scattered on the path, contrast draws attention, redirecting us back to the path, pointing out the direction in which we should head so that we can find our way back to what nurtures and restores us.
The Edge
Sometime you have to leap from the edge of the familiar to allow your true self to shine.
Be Brave
Brave hearts do not express courage with reckless abandon, fearlessly, wildly lunging forward. Rather, with discipline, wisdom, and awareness they intentionally explore a space that feels unfamiliar, unsafe, and with trust in themselves they willingly go there anyway.
Burning Embers
The embers of the fire need tending to keep them bright and strong, to share their light, to give off their warmth. They are not intended to be smothered, but to be gently stoked and shared, to be given a safe space to fully express themselves. Nurture those burning embers and know the power and joy of that light within.
Inspired
Do things that inspire you…not things you do because you have to. Do things because they feel right.
Create a space of joy around all that you do and you will no longer need to be motivated or driven.
Do what you do to fulfill you – not to take you to some better place, but to complete you right where you are.
Replace motivation with inspiration and feel true satisfaction in your work.
Wisdomful
We say we want our children to be more mindful, but aren’t they already in their minds enough? Why don’t we encourage them instead to be more wisdomful?
