Every breath a new beginning

20151001_120510With each exhale, I let go with full gratitude. I empty spaces, create hollows and clear out the residue of all that has created and sustained me.

Then, with effortless ease, the inhale comes swirling in, creating the next new vibrant moment, filling the gaps and hollows, adding onto the full, rich, and vital being that is me.

And so it is that I welcome every exhale with delight, knowing that I am creating the very pathway for my next new beginning and welcome every new beginning as it rides in upon my next breath…again and again and again.

Every breath a new beginning.

Wisdomful

peace flower

We say we want our children to be more mindful, but aren’t they already in their minds enough?  Why don’t we encourage them instead to be more wisdomful?

Waves Come Crashing In

IMG_9033

Sitting in stillness…waves come crashing in…loud, powerful, ferocious. Yet, in the stillness, I know only their beauty, their strength, and their humble gifts of positive change.

Where You Live

Front Door

Nothing that enters from the outside can define a person.  From within – from the space of the heart – comes the guidance and morality by which we live.  Your heart is where you live.

Rainbows in the Sky

image

Just when you think you know what the sky holds and the clouds look like, you glance upwards and see a swirling prism glistening on the wide blue canvas above you. Then,  you remember the magnificence, the bliss, the joy that are always there for you…if you just notice.

Belief Thief

IMG_8569

I wonder what my days would be if I only engaged beliefs that fuel my natural state of peace and joy.

What if I stopped taking on beliefs that don’t serve me – beliefs others have about me or what I think they think?

What if I were to just be…perfectly imperfectly me…and to stop being a belief thief?
