To be the master of my domain does not mean to have ultimate power and be in control of everything. Rather, it is to live in complete balance with all that exists in and around me and be in harmony with everything.

When the storm rolls in, do you spread your branches and invite it in?
Do you tingle with anticipation as the wind presses against your skin?
As the sky darkens and clouds cluster, do you marvel at their majestic dance?
Do you breathe in the energy, feel the power, as it slowly builds its strength?
Do you know the humble quiet of just watching that storm grow?
Flashes of light, ripples of rumble, dewy droplets in the sky.
As it slowly wraps around you, can you hold peace in your heart and know your courage and your own might to welcome whatever it may bring?
There is the storm
and there is you.

Practice spontaneity…not reckless abandon…rather transfer the decision making to your higher self. Let your intuition choose what comes next and experience the ultimate form and expression of your creativity.

What if I were you and you were me?
Would we live in harmony?
Would you love me unconditionally?
Would you let my heart and mind be free
In love and light and truth and peace?
What if the I in you was the you in me?
What if there was just one place – could it be?
Where we are one, where we both just be,
Existing in the space of eternity,
As light, as love, as truth, as peace?
If there is but one place, would you go there with me?

There is a peace and beauty that comes with the icy cold stillness of winter, a space for slower breath and for watching.
The same space can be found in pain and suffering when we greet those moments with compassion and loving acceptance, knowing that this is simply where you are right now…and you are not alone.
The thaw of spring will come and with it a great renewal.

Rise up.
Rise up with shining, loving spirit and compassion.
Rise up to support one another, guide one another, believe in the goodness of each other, and thrive together.
Rise up and celebrate our goodness, our power to heal, with the knowledge that we have it all, it already innately exists within each of us. There is nothing more we need to do than to let that be our reality.
Rise up in the power of love.
Rise up.
The word “haseya” comes from the Navajo people, the language Dine, and means to rise up, to come together across cultures and divisions, to heal the pain that separates us from one another and the Earth. To call upon the wisdom of our ancestors and the knowledge we hold within us to awaken a healing space for ourselves and our world.

Peace on Earth. Goodwill to all.

Happy is a frame of mind…Joy a state of being.

Know that your kindness, your happiness, and your goodness are what sparkles and shines in this world…and that IS enough.

Compassion, peace, and calm cannot be forced. One cannot demand that someone be compassionate. One cannot command peace and calm. Rather, one must model it, live it, and know that the path to peace in ourselves and others is a steady process of balancing ego and replacing envy and judgment with love and inspiration. And that is the hard work that we must individually choose to do.
