Sometimes things may look old, rundown, plain or dreary as you dash quickly by. Whatever the condition of the outside, the edges of the frame you see, you can always find a space of light, of color, of beauty, alive in the heart.

Sometimes things may look old, rundown, plain or dreary as you dash quickly by. Whatever the condition of the outside, the edges of the frame you see, you can always find a space of light, of color, of beauty, alive in the heart.

As easily as a mark is left on the sand it is left on the heart.

Whether you decide to tuck it all in tight or let it all hang out, as long as you honor your natural spirit and find joy where you are there’s nothing more you need to do.

To be the master of my domain does not mean to have ultimate power and be in control of everything. Rather, it is to live in complete balance with all that exists in and around me and be in harmony with everything.
Spontaneity, not to be confused with impulsiveness, is the ability to allow your inner guidance system to lead you to take appropriate action without hesitation to achieve the greatest benefit for you and those around you, regardless of any set plan. Step outside predictable. Exercise your creativity and welcome the joy and fulfillment that comes with true and clear present moment awareness.
Do you see dark clouds or rays of sun? Do you see the path ending or expansive opportunity before you? Does the wind press against you, causing retreat, or does it invite you forward?
No matter the pattern of perspective, you can always change the lens. You always have the power to see what serves you best, if you just take the time to adjust the picture.

When the storm rolls in, do you spread your branches and invite it in?
Do you tingle with anticipation as the wind presses against your skin?
As the sky darkens and clouds cluster, do you marvel at their majestic dance?
Do you breathe in the energy, feel the power, as it slowly builds its strength?
Do you know the humble quiet of just watching that storm grow?
Flashes of light, ripples of rumble, dewy droplets in the sky.
As it slowly wraps around you, can you hold peace in your heart and know your courage and your own might to welcome whatever it may bring?
There is the storm
and there is you.

How is it flowers know just what to do? How to sprout leaves and open themselves up so unconditionally to the world? Is it trust? Courage? Or the lack of interference from fear and doubt as they engage their inner guidance system? Imagine a world where everyone were as open and intuitive as a flower.

Practice spontaneity…not reckless abandon…rather transfer the decision making to your higher self. Let your intuition choose what comes next and experience the ultimate form and expression of your creativity.

What if I were you and you were me?
Would we live in harmony?
Would you love me unconditionally?
Would you let my heart and mind be free
In love and light and truth and peace?
What if the I in you was the you in me?
What if there was just one place – could it be?
Where we are one, where we both just be,
Existing in the space of eternity,
As light, as love, as truth, as peace?
If there is but one place, would you go there with me?
